Our Role

Serena Health operates as a U.S.-based platform that helps adults access clinician-guided wellness treatments through licensed healthcare providers and a fully licensed pharmacy partner. We do not manufacture or dispense medications. All treatment decisions are made by licensed U.S. clinicians.

Clinician Review

Every order includes a free consultation with a U.S.-licensed clinician who reviews your medical information to determine whether treatment is medically appropriate. A prescription is issued only if clinically suitable and in your best interest. If not approved, your payment is refunded to your original payment method.

Pharmacy Partner

All medications are compounded, dispensed, and shipped by our licensed pharmacy partner.

Amber Cotton is a board-certified, autonomous Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of clinical experience. A U.S. Army Nurse Corps veteran, she went on to practice at world-renowned institutions including Cleveland Clinic, Johns Hopkins, and the University of Miami, and has provided care for professional athletes across the NBA, NFL, and NHL. Amber specializes in regenerative and anti-aging medicine, combining advanced clinical training with a passion for patient education and personalized longevity care.
